Our matching process lets you select product or service categories, describe the requirement, and submit once. We identify suitable member companies in our database and share your request so they can respond with quotations directly.

How matching works

Matching is based primarily on the categories you select. Your contact details and notes are shared only with suppliers that fit those categories. We do not sell your information as a general mailing list. Suppliers respond to you on their own commercial terms — Conveyor Quotes facilitates the introduction; pricing and contracts remain between you and the supplier.

Conveyor specialists can apply to join the network and receive demand-based leads aligned to their catalogue. This keeps outreach focused on active buyer interest rather than cold lists.

Content & advertising

Alongside the quote service we publish buyer guides on conveyor types, pricing, project costs and maintenance. These pages help decision-makers prepare better RFQs. The site may display advertising (including Google AdSense) to support free access to guides and matching. Advertising does not influence which suppliers are matched to a request.
